Az együtt élő korosztályok modellcsaládja
[The family of overlapping cohorts models]

Abstract

Még a dinamikus közgazdaságtanban is sokáig elhanyagolták azt az alapvető igazságot, hogy az életben különböző időben született és különböző időben elhalálozó emberek állnak egymással kapcsolatban. Folytatva az együttélő nemzedékekről szóló áttekintésünket (SIMONOVITS [1994b]), ebben a dolgozatban az együttélő korosztályok (Overlapping Cohorts, röviden: OLC) kölcsönhatását vizsgáló makromodellcsaládot ismertetjük. Először a homogén hasznosságfüggvény esetén vizsgáljuk a nyitott gazdaság optimális stacionárius fogyasztási pályáját. Bevezetjük a felosztókirovó és a tőkefedezeti társadalombiztosítási rendszert, majd összehasonlítjuk a két rendszer által biztosított maximális jólétet. Állandó relatív kockázatkerülési hasznosságfüggvény esetén vázoljuk a zárt gazdaság stacionárius pályáira és endogén ciklusokra vonatkozó eredményeket. Végül összefoglaljuk a legfontosabb tanulságokat.
