Állam és piac Magyarországon. Spontán rend vagy bürokratikus rendetlenség
[State and market in Hungary. Spontaneous order or bureaucratic disorder]

Abstract

Magyarországon mind a szocializmusban, mind a rendszerváltás után, egymástól nem függetlenül, a rendszerek hibás köre alakult ki. A magyar állam vezérelte szocializmus túl "piaci", túl "kapitalista"volt, a magyar kapitalizmus túl "állami", túl "szocialista" az éppen uralkodó rendszer ismérveihez képest. A Hayek vázolta spontán rend helyett Magyarországon az új rendszer lényegi rendező elemévé vált a "bürokratikus rendetlenség". Az intézmények alakulása, kölcsönhatása során a sajátos intézményi mixhez vezető "mutáns" keveredés olyan önmagát erősítő folyamat, amely megnehezíti az új rendszer előnyeinek érvényesülését. Hasonló a helyzet a gyorsan kialakított formális intézmények és a lassan változó paternalista társadalmi köztudat viszonyában is. Az informális intézmények gyakran akadályozzák a formális intézmények működését. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: P10, P20, P30, P35, P52.
