Calisan Yoksullugu Baglaminda Tuketim Aliskanliklari ve Borclanmanin Calisma Hayatina Etkisi

Abstract

Kuresel bir sorun olarak calisan yoksullugu literaturde tartisilmaya deger konularin basinda gelmektedir. Ozellikle calisma hayatinin icinde bulundugu cikmazlar dusunuldugunde, bireyin elindeki tek imkan olan ucretlerin sosyal hayattan beklenilen yasami sunamiyor olmasi, uretimin son hizda ilerlerken tuketimin buna yetisemeyecek olmasi ile problem farkli bir boyut kazanmaktadir. Gunumuz dunyasinin olmazsa olmazi olarak ifade edilen tuketim cilginliginin ise bireyi sonu borca cikan yola sokacaginda suphe yoktur. Dolayisiyla birey tuketim cilginligi icerisinde ister istemez borclanarak hayatina devam etmekte, yoksunluk yasadigi noktada ise geri donulemez yola girdigini ancak fark etmektedir. Bu noktadan sonra bireyin calisma hayati icerisinde beklentileri degismekte, ozne olmaktan ote edilgen bir yapi icerisine sIkmaya baslamis olarak kendisini bulmaktadir. Boylece hem sistemi degistiren hem de degisen sistem icerisinde sIkintilarin buyugunu yasayan calisanlar kapitalizmin carklilarina hizmet eder bir durumda kalmakta, sosyal alanda kendileri olamadigi gibi, calismaya olan bakislari da degismektedir. Calismanin kendisine temel aldigi “calisan yoksullugu” olgusu calisma hayatinin son yillarda uzerinde sIklikla atiflar yaptigi birtakim sosyal ve ekonomik problemlerin baslangic noktasi olarak gorulebilmektedir. Dolayisiyla bu sorunun cozumu de basta calisma hayatinin donusumune olumlu katkilar yapacak ve bireyin daha insani sartlarda daha mureffeh bir hayat yasamasina katki saglayacaktir. Calisma bu anlamda calisan yoksullugunu, tuketim aliskanliklarini ve borclanmayi tartisarak bu olgularin calisma hayatina etkisini incelemektedir. Calisma, nitel arastirma yontemlerinden literatur taramasi ile gerceklestirilmis ve calisma hayati ile ilgili verilerin kullanildigi belge analizi yapilmis, verilerin incelenmesi noktasinda ise icerik analizi yontemi kullanilmistir. Sonuc itibariyle ise tuketim aliskanliklarinin ve borclanma bicimlerinin calisanlarin yoksullugu baglaminda etkisi ifade edilmistir.
