El mecanismo de nivelación de la financiación autonómica

Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es doble: en primer lugar, analizar el mecanismo de nivelación de la financiación autonómica a través de, por una parte, el sistema vigente y, por la otra, de tres propuestas concretas de reforma aparecidas recientemente –Zabalza (2016), De la Fuente (2016) y Vilalta (2016)– que ilustran tres formas distintas de abordar esta cuestión. Y en segundo lugar, presentar un marco analítico general del que toda una serie de modelos, con un grado distinto de nivelación, aparecen como casos particulares.
