Una aproximación a los determinantes del Capital Social individual en España

Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de los determinantes del capital social individual medido en forma de participación en asociaciones y en diversas formas de acción colectiva. la Encuesta de Calidad de Vida en el trabajo disponía de una información, que permitía evaluar en qué medida determinadas variables sociales, demográficas y económicas influyen en los individuos en crear tipos de capital social, en su propensión a asociarse o en realizar determinadas acciones colectivas. Los resultados muestran la importancia de las clases medias, individuos con estabilidad en el empleo, ingresos familiares aceptables, buenas ocupaciones y buena formación e interesados en los asuntos públicos para la creación de CS.
