Abstract

В Проекте «Основных направлений единой государственной денежно-кредитной политики на 2022 год и период 2023 и 2024 годов» Банк России впервые указал, что в перспективе при принятии решений о денежно-кредитной политике будет учитывать влияние демографического фактора и глобального изменения климата на внутренние макроэкономические условия. Также регулятором принято решение о введении цифрового рубля. В статье обсуждаются данные инновации. Обосновывается верность перехода к инфляционному таргетированию в 2014 г., поскольку этот режим позволил обеспечить заякоренность инфляционных ожиданий, что создало условия для проведения контрциклической стимулирующей денежно-кредитной политики в период экономического спада 2020 г.
