Knowledge Management A Gate Way To Analyze Effective Organizational Performance

Abstract

Knowledge management has attained significant importance in the changing work practices. It becomes imperative for the employees to attain and practice knowledge to demonstrate ability to remain viable in the demanding work environment. Knowledgeable employees could contribute in integrated organizational effectiveness. To examine the relationship of these variable s; 150 sample of the study was selected from the service industry. Adapted Scale was used t o measure the effects of the variables. Reliability and validity of the instrument was varied prior to administering the field survey. Correlation was also ascertained and the study proved as highly correlated. Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) used to calculate the descriptive statistics. Results reveal that R square is 36% and beta is 60% with significance of 95%.....
