La competitivit? territoriale delle province italiane: un?analisi spaziale delle variabili rottura

Abstract

La complessit? territoriale rappresenta un punto fondamentale nell?analisi degli squilibri e nei processi di crescita locali. Al fine di cogliere le dinamiche della competitivit? territoriale, ? necessario individuare gli elementi che sono alla base della trasformazione della struttura del territorio e dello sviluppo economico e sociale. Questi vengono definiti attraverso opportune variabili di rottura, che coprono i diversi contesti e aree tematiche e ambiti di riferimento della programmazione delle politiche di sviluppo. Nel presente lavoro tali variabili vengono analizzate seguendo un approccio metodologico spazialista, al fine di specificare le complessit? locali riscontrate a livello provinciale italiano. L?applicazione di tecniche esplorative spaziali permette di evidenziare una forte diversificazione territoriale, che si manifesta attraverso eterogeneit? spaziale e presenza di comportamenti clusterizzati dei diversi fenomeni analizzati.
