Abstract

Questo lavoro descrive l?esperienza di un?ASL del Piemonte, Regione in Piano di Rientro dal 2010 al 2017, che ha riorganizzato la propria rete specialistica ambulatoriale nell?ambito delriordino della Rete Territoriale previstoanche dalla normativa regionale.La riorganizzazione e stata realizzatanegli anni 2015-2017 in tre fasi: 1)caratterizzazione dell?offerta aziendalee della domanda dei residenti attraversocriteri espliciti finalizzati a condividerele priorita di riorganizzazionecon gli stakeholder; 2) individuazionedi standard di livello di erogazionedelle prestazioni ambulatoriali a complessitacrescente; 3) ridisegno dell?organizzazioneaziendale con riduzionedelle sedi ambulatoriali da 12 a 7negoziato con i principali stakeholder.La valutazione dell?impatto dell?interventoe tuttora in corso e, consideratala complessita della riorganizzazione,se ne prevede la conclusione a tre annidall?avvio del progetto.
