Lean thinking in sanit?: il caso della logistica degli approvvigionamenti e della distribuzione ospedaliera dei farmaci

Abstract

Prendendo spunto dalla piu recente letteratura in tema di management dei sistemi sanitari, il lavoro si sofferma sul modello teorico della lean production, con l?obiettivo di verificarne il grado di collective mindfulness in ambito sanitario. Si procede, a tal fine, all?osservazione dei processi di approvvigionamento e distribuzione ai reparti di farmaci e dispositivi medici e diagnostici nell?ambito di un?azienda ospedaliera localizzata nel Sud Italia. Attraverso l?analisi del caso aziendale, si valida uno strumento di valutazione della collective mindfulness, riscontrando una scarsa consapevolezza della rilevanza esterna delle pratiche lean.
