Il comparto agro-alimentare campano tra eccellenze internazionali e debolezze strutturali

Abstract

Questo contributo ha l?obiettivo di delineare i tratti essenziali del comparto agro-alimentare della regione Campania. L?analisi che ne emerge mostra un quadro complesso, fatto di luci ed ombre. Accanto a punte di eccellenza, che si ritrovano in prodotti apprezzati e riconosciuti a livello nazionale ed internazionale, anche per via di una fertile combinazione con la ricchezza paesaggistica, archeologica ed artistica di cui il territorio ? ricco, emergono debolezze strutturali, derivanti da un tessuto aziendale ancora per molti versi frammentato e poco organizzato. Tuttavia, nel corso degli ultimi anni sono emerse interessanti dinamiche di crescita ed innovazione, ad iniziare da una maggiore presenza di giovani, che sembra stiano ponendo rilevanti premesse per un miglioramento delle prospettive future del comparto.
