Makroekonomski model Republike Hrvatske ( SSEM1) i mogu?i pravci izlaska iz krize

Abstract

Makroekonomski model je alat za procjenu makroekonomskog razvoja u kratkom i dužem razdoblju, a služi i za procjenu alternativnih politika ?iji je cilj utjecanje na poslovne cikluse, na stabiliziranje nezaposlenosti i inflacije te poticanje gospodarskog rasta i zaposlenosti u ekonomiji. Donošenje odluka na temelju makroekonomskog modela doprinosi ve- ?em ekonomskom rastu i boljem razumijevanju veza izme?u ekonomskih subjekata. Povezanost ekonomskih subjekata je neosporna, me?utim za donošenje racionalnijih, u?inkovitijih i kvalitetnijih odluka potreban je alat koji ?e analiziraju?i povijesne ekonomske podatke na temelju ekonomske teorije kvalitetnije opisati poveznice izme?u tih subjekata. Modeli koji kvalitetno opisuju poveznice izme?u ekonomskih subjekata na temelju povijesnih ?injenica mogu dati bolja rješenja u vrijeme krize. Izradom makroekonomskog modela za Republiku Hrvatsku opisuju se razli?ite ekonomske poveznice izme?u svih važnih ekonomskih subjekata koji sudjeluju u gospodarskom životu Hrvatske. Naglasak modela je u kvantificiranju svih promjena koje se odvijaju unutar ekonomije i izvan nje, u vanjskom okruženju, te u promatranju njihovih reakcija na šokove umjetno izazvane u odre?enim promatranim varijablama. Na temelju tih reakcija i kvantificiranih promjena izra?uju se prognoze kretanja najvažnijih ekonomskih varijabli, koje se kasnije mogu primjenjivati u razli?itim scenarijima ekonomskih politika. Njihovom primjenom u ekonomskim politikama i donošenju odluka izravno utje?emo na željene varijable i u tom smjeru izra?ujemo pojedine pravce ili scenarije izlaska iz ekonomskih kriza.
