On the product XY for some elliptically symmetric distributions

Abstract

The distributions of the product XY are derived when (X,Y) has the elliptically symmetric Pearson type II distribution, elliptically symmetric Pearson type VII distribution, and the elliptically symmetric Kotz type distribution.
