Entrepreneurial fear of failure: Transgender versus cis-gender entrepreneurs

Abstract

•Transgender entrepreneurs are an under researched and marginalized group within entrepreneurship research.•Transgender entrepreneurs compared to cisgender differ in entrepreneurial fear of failure.•Fears of funding, personal ability and potential idea differ between transgender versus cisgender entrepreneurs.
