Abstract

The digital transformation in public administration has redefined the way government services are delivered and managed, marking a significant leap towards efficiency and transparency. The implementation of digital technologies allows public institutions to react quickly and accurately to citizens' needs, streamlining administrative procedures and reducing waiting time and associated costs. It not only improves access to information and services, but also strengthens citizens' confidence in the government's ability to operate efficiently and fairly. Blockchain technology has the potential to transform public services, enabling administrations to organize processes and manipulate information in an innovative way. Bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive picture of how public management, blockchain technology, and e-government are approached in the academic literature and reflects the growing interest in these areas. The analyzed documents suggest a research community, which contributes substantially to the development and understanding of these innovative technologies and practices.
