Revisión sistemática de literatura sobre estrategias implementadas por los micronegocios para su subsistencia

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo, es analizar las estrategias implementadas por los micronegocios para su subsistencia, y así identificar importantes brechas de estudio para investigaciones futuras. Como metodología, se elaboraron preguntas de investigación, se verificaron artículos en bancos de datos científicos durante los años 2017 a 2022, se seleccionaron 50 que eran pertinentes y se realizó la evaluación de calidad. El examen deja observar que gran parte de las investigaciones muestran una sola estrategia sin tener en cuenta otras acciones que serían de importancia para los micronegocios. Se obtiene como resultados, estrategias que necesitan los micronegocios, como que los bancos se comprometan a ofrecer una amplia variedad de asistencia para manejarlos de una mejor forma, también, la innovación utilizando diferentes combinaciones de mercados y productos, tiene menor éxito que las actividades que hacen énfasis en minimizar las mezclas de tecnología, mercado y servicios. Como conclusión, es necesario que los micronegocios propongan actividades para lograr ventajas, optimizar la auditoría interna y la contabilidad, para tomar decisiones correctas. Este estudio puede ser una referencia para los propietarios de micronegocios en mercados emergentes. Se desarrollan estrategias novedosas que podrían ayudar a los micronegocios a su sostenibilidad.
