Liderazgo de equipos virtuales: estudio bibliométrico

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo presentar una revisión bibliométrica sobre los temas relacionados con liderazgo en equipos virtuales dando a conocer sus tendencias, evolución en la producción científica, las revistas con mayor impacto, los autores más distintivos. Así mismo, se empleó un estudio de aglomeración y concordancia en el software VOSviewer; como resultado se hallaron 192 documentos de investigación en un periodo desde 1.998 hasta el ano 2.020 a través de una ecuación de búsqueda formulada en la base de datos de Scopus; evidenciando un interés creciente con relación al liderazgo en equipos virtuales. Finalmente, como principal hallazgo se encontró cinco clústeres bibliográficos (CB) que pudiesen establecer nuevas líneas de investigación documental y de campo sobre el liderazgo en entornos digitales. ***************************************************************************************************************************The purpose of this article is to present a bibliometric review of the topics related to leadership in virtual teams, showing its trends, evolution in scientific production, the journals with the greatest impact, and the most distinctive authors. Likewise, a study of agglomeration and concordance in the VOSviewer software was used; as a result, 192 research documents were found in a period from 1998 to 2020 through a search equation formulated in the Scopus database; showing a growing interest in relation to leadership in virtual teams. Finally, as the main finding, five bibliographic clusters (CB) were found that could establish new lines of documentary and field research on leadership in digital environments. ***************************************************************************************************************************O objectivo deste artigo é apresentar uma revisao bibliométrica sobre os tópicos relacionados com a lideranca em equipas virtuais, mostrando as suas tendencias, a evolucao na producao científica, as revistas de maior impacto, os autores mais distintos. Do mesmo modo, foi utilizado um estudo de aglomeracao e concordancia no software VOSviewer; como resultado foram encontrados 192 documentos de pesquisa num período de 1998 a 2020 através de uma equacao de pesquisa formulada na base de dados Scopus; mostrando um interesse crescente em relacao a lideranca em equipas virtuais. Finalmente, como principal descoberta, foram encontrados cinco clusters bibliográficos (CB) que poderiam estabelecer novas linhas de investigacao documental e de campo sobre lideranca em ambientes digitais.
