Investitionen und Leasing: Nachlassende Dynamik

Abstract

Der auf der Geschäftslage und den Geschäftserwartungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindikator, den das ifo Institut und der Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen gemeinsam ermitteln, signalisiert für das Jahr 2018 einen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen von nominal 4,1%, nach einem Anstieg um 4,3% im Vorjahr. Auch für das kommende Jahr ist nochmals mit Wachstum zu rechnen, wenn auch mit verminderter Dynamik. Ursächlich für die weitere Zunahme der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen dürfte der inzwischen acht Jahre anhaltende Aufschwung und die ständige Zunahme des Auslastungsgrads der deutschen Wirtshaft sein, die inzwischen in eine deutliche Überauslastung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Kapazitäten übergegangen ist, insbesondere im Baugewerbe. Es ist damit zu rechnen, dass kapazitätserweiternde Investitionen weiterhin zunehmen.
