Investitionen nehmen Fahrt auf

Abstract

Der auf den Geschäftslagebeurteilungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindikator, den das ifo Institut und der Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen gemeinsam ermitteln, signalisiert für das Jahr 2018 einen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen von nominal 5,9%, nach einem Anstieg um 4,3% im Vorjahr. Auch für das kommende Jahr ist nochmals mit einem Wachstum zu rechnen, wenn auch mit etwas verminderter Dynamik. Ursächlich hierfür dürfte der inzwischen acht Jahre anhaltende Aufschwung und die ständige Zunahme des Auslastungsgrades der deutschen Wirtshaft sein, der inzwischen in eine deutliche Überauslastung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Kapazitäten, insbesondere im Baugewerbe, übergegangen ist. Daher ist damit zu rechnen, dass kapazitätserweiternde Investitionen zunehmen.
