Aktuelle Ergebnisse der ifo Investorenrechnung: Steigende Leasingquoten vor allem bei Fahrzeuginvestitionen

Abstract

Seit 1991 liefert die ifo Investorenrechnung Investitionsmatrizen für Gesamtdeutschland, die Aufschluss über den Anteil einzelner Gütergruppen an den Investitionen eines Wirtschaftszweigs geben. Als einzigartige Eigenschaft bietet die ifo Investorenrechnung zudem eine Darstellung der Investitionen nach dem Eigentümer- und dem Nutzerkonzept. Letzteres ist insbesondere im Hinblick auf die vermehrte Nutzung von geleasten Investitionsgütern eine nützliche Ergänzung zur in amtlichen Statistiken gängigen Methoden des Eigentümerkonzepts. Der vorliegende Artikel beschreibt aktuelle Ergebnisse der ifo Investorenrechnung, die bereits Schätzungen für das Jahr 2016 enthalten. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf den Unterschieden zwischen Eigentümer- und Nutzerkonzept, die in der leasingintensiven Gütergruppe der Straßenfahrzeuge besonders ausgeprägt sind.
