Abstract

In seinem Kommentar zeigt Dirk Meyer, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität, Hamburg, zwei grundlegende Handlungsalternativen – die Einführung eines dauerhaften Stabilisierungsmechanismus in Verbindung mit einem Umbau der Europäischen Verträge oder eine Neuordnung der Währungsunion im Sinne einer Währungsdesintegration – und unternimmt einen Kostenvergleich beider Möglichkeiten aus deutscher Sicht.
