Preisbereinigtes Bruttoinlandsprodukt: Zur Veröffentlichungspraxis im Gemeinschaftsgutachten

Abstract

Seit der umfassenden Revision der Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnungen im Frühjahr 2005 und der damit verbundenen Umstellung von der Festpreisbasis auf die Vorjahrespreisbasis präsentiert das Statistische Bundesamt reale Ergebnisse vorrangig in Form von Kettenindizes. Die Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitute veröffentlichen die realen Prognosewerte in ihren Gemeinschaftsgutachten auf der Basis verketteter Absolutwerte. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt die beiden Konzepte vor und diskutiert das Pro und Kontra.
