Das deutsche Gesundheitswesen: Reformvorstellungen der politischen Parteien und der Gesundheitsökonomen

Abstract

Unstrittig ist, dass das deutsche Gesundheitswesen dringender Reformen bedarf. Die Meinungen in der Politik, bei den Interessengruppen und in der Wissenschaft darüber, wo die Reformen ansetzen und in welche Richtung sie gehen sollen, divergieren aber erheblich, zum Teil sind die Unterschiede fundamental. Daher erscheint es zu Beginn der Legislaturperiode angebracht, die Probleme des deutschen Gesundheitswesens noch einmal zusammenfassend darzustellen, sie durch Beispiele sowie durch die Angabe (einiger) ihrer Ursachen zu charakterisieren und die Reformvorschläge bzw. Reformvorhaben der relevanten politischen Parteien mit den Vorschlägen von Gesundheitsökonomen zu vergleichen.
