Sprachkenntnisse und Arbeitsmarktpartizipation Geflüchteter in Deutschland

Abstract

Seit der sogenannten Flüchtlingskrise ist die Integration der Geflüchteten Teil der politischen und öffentlichen Debatte. Eine wichtige Frage lautet, wie ein schneller und nachhaltiger Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt gefördert werden kann. Ein wichtiger Integrationsfaktor sind Sprachkenntnisse. In diesem Beitrag zeige ich für Geflüchtete in Deutschland, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt aktiv zu sein steigt, je besser ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind.
