Visie op integraal advies door een financieel professional aan het mkb

Abstract

De uitdagingen voor het mkb zijn complex, omvangrijk en hangen met elkaar samen. Om als financieel professional het mkb te kunnen faciliteren naar een toekomstbestendig perspectief, is integraal advies noodzakelijk. Dat betekent multidisciplinair adviseren over hoe zowel financiële als niet-financiële aspecten in een organisatie met elkaar samenhangen en waarde creëren. Daarbij gaat het ook over welke risico's en kansen dit met zich meebrengt en wat de implicaties daarvan zijn voor de korte, middellange en lange termijn – zowel voor de organisatie zelf als haar omgeving, maar vooral ook in interactie met elkaar. Om integraal financieel advies te kunnen geven, zullen financieel professionals geïntegreerd moeten kunnen denken en handelen. Dat vraagt ook om een andere manier van opleiden.
