Abstract

In today's economy, the trends and challenges posed by globalization, technological progress, automation and digitalisation give new meaning to the nature of work and lead to significant changes in the structure of employment. This transformation gives grounds to talk about a new model of cooperation or competition between machines and people in the workplace, setting new requirements for the educational and qualification level of the workforce and opportunities for professional realization. The aim of the article is to discuss questions about the challenges, advantages and disadvantages of integrating artificial intelligence and robots in more and more jobs and how this will determine the future of jobs.
