Ordnungsethik für eine bessere Ordnungspolitik: Ordonomische Anregungen zum schulischen Bildungsauftrag

Abstract

Als Anregung zum schulischen Bildungsauftrag wird skizziert, wie das ordonomische Forschungsprogramm die Ordnungsethik in die Lage versetzt, Moral(kommunikation) konstruktiv zu kritisieren. Am Beispiel der deutschen Mindestlohndebatte wird gezeigt, dass der öffentliche Diskurs einem Non-sequitur-Fehlschluss erlegen ist, der zu einer normativen Schieflage führte: Es wurde übersehen, dass das zugrunde liegende moralische Anliegen wesentlich besser durch Lohnsubventionen zu erreichen wäre.
