Anpassungsprobleme in einer offenen Volkswirtschaft

Abstract

Welche Anpassungsprobleme stellen sich für die deutsche Volkswirtschaft? Im folgenden konzentriere ich mich auf längerfristige Anpassungsprozesse {Helmstädter 1986) und schalte eher kurzfristige Anpassungsprobleme konjunktureller Art und geldwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen - etwa nach einer Abschottung gegenüber einer Depression oder gegenüber einer Inflation in der Welt - aus. Ich sehe im folgenden auch von den realwirtschaftlichen Angebotsschocks der beiden Ölkrisen ab.
