Grenzbelastungen im Länderfinanzausgleich

Abstract

Ein wesentliches Ziel der Reform des Länderfinanzausgleichs zum 1.1.2005 war die Absenkung der Grenzbelastungen. Die folgenden Überlegungen zeigen, dass dieses Ziel nicht erreicht wurde.
