Elterngeld: Ein Gewinn für die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter

Abstract

In Kombination mit dem Ausbau der Betreuungsinfrastruktur hat es das Elterngeld für Mütter attraktiver gemacht, früh in den Arbeitsmarkt zurückzukehren. Gleichzeitig haben die Partnermonate dazu geführt, dass auch zunehmend mehr Väter in Elternzeit gehen. Allerdings beschränken sie sich dabei zumeist auf diese Bonusmonate.
