Der Strombinnenmarkt und die Kommissionsvorschläge: Zentralisierung oder Wettbewerb der (De-)Regulierungsansätze?

Abstract

Gegenstand dieses Beitrags ist ein Überblick über den Status quo des Strombinnenmarkts und die jüngsten Kommissionsvorschläge für eine Änderung der Stromrichtlinie und den Erlass einer Netznutzungsverordnung für grenzüberschreitende Stromlieferungen. Besonderes Augenmerk wird der Frage gewidmet, inwieweit die sich abzeichnende Zentralisierung der Regulierungskompetenzen auf der europäischen Ebene die derzeit adäquate Antwort auf die Probleme etwa im Bereich der grenzüberschreitenden Stromlieferungen ist.
