Freiräume schaffen – Motivation stärken – Potentiale fördern: Bausteine partizipativer Führung und Unternehmensorganisation

Abstract

Die Globalisierung wirtschaftlicher Aktivitäten bei gleichzeitiger Fragmentierung und Dynamisierung der Markts verschärft den internationalen Kosten- und Innovationswettbewerb. Flexibilität und Innovationsfähigkeit sind zu entscheidenden Wettbewerbsfaktoren geworden. Viele Unternehmen haben daher damit begonnen, ihre Untemehmensorganisation und Führungsphilosophie umfassend zu verändern. Es gilt, das Wissen, die Problemlösungskompetenz und die Kreativität aller Mitarbeiter zu mobilisieren. Marktorientierung durch Mitarbeiterpartizipation heißt die Devise. Der Erfolg partizipativer Führung und Organisation ergibt sich dabei aus dem konsequenten Umsetzen der Grundprinzipien: „Freiräume schaffen", „Motivation stärken" und „Potentiale fördern"...
