Deutliche Anzeichen für Anspannungen am Arbeitsmarkt

Abstract

Die deutsche Wirtschaft expandiert bereits seit dem Jahr 2013 schneller, als ihr Produktionspotenzial wächst. Die Auslastung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Produktionsfaktoren hat somit stetig zugenommen und liegt den meisten Schätzungen zufolge mittlerweile über der Normalauslastung. Einer der wichtigsten Produktionsfaktoren ist neben dem Kapitalstock der Faktor Arbeit, also das Produkt aus der Zahl der Erwerbstätigen und den geleisteten Arbeitsstunden je Erwerbstätigen. Im Folgenden werden die wichtigsten Indikatoren für den Auslastungsgrad des Faktors Arbeit inspiziert. Alles in allem deuten die vorliegenden Indikatoren auf bereits spürbare Anspannungen am Arbeitsmarkt hin.
