Resilienz von Unternehmen: Einflussfaktoren in der Corona-Pandemie

Abstract

Diese Studie entwickelt auf Basis einer Literaturrecherche ein Resilienz-Modellfür Unternehmen. Darauf aufbauend identifizieren wir anhand von exemplari-schen Fällen Einflussfaktoren und Mechanismen, die relevant für die Bewälti-gung der Corona-Pandemie sind. Es zeigt sich: Resilienz ist kontextabhängig. Sie hängt zum einen davon ab, welche Voraussetzungen ein Unternehmen mit-bringt, über welche Handlungsspielräume es verfügt und wie diese genutzt wer-den. Zum anderen entsteht Resilienz im Spannungsfeld aus Robustheit und Vul-nerabilität auf der Personen-, der Unternehmens- und der Umfeldebene. Jedes Unternehmen hat sein eigenes Resilienz-Profil und steht so vor individuellen Herausforderungen.
