Innovationsbiographien in der Bauwirtschaft

Abstract

Innovationen in der Bauwirtschaft sind stark prozessorientiert und oft auf ein kurzfristig zu lösendes Problem bezogen. Sie sind weniger sichtbar und schlagen sich nicht in den gängigen Innovationsindikatoren nieder. Das herausragende Motiv für Innovationen seitens der Unternehmen besteht darin, interne Prozesse und Verfahren zu optimieren um Kosten einzusparen. Der organisatorische Rahmen von Innovationen ist schwach entwickelt. Die in einzelnen Projekten entwickelten Innovationen drohen damit immer wieder in Vergessenheit zu geraten. Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, gerade auch gewerke- und spartenübergreifend, ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Entstehung und die Diffusion von Innovationen.
