Steht das produktivgenossenschaftliche Modell in Estland, Lettland und Litauen vor einer (Wieder-)Belebung?

Abstract

Angesichts dieser Besonderheiten in der Entwicklung der Genossenschaften im Baltikum im Allgemeinen und der Produktivgenossenschaften im Besonderen wurde der Verfasser seitens des österreichischen Genossenschaftsverbandes gebeten, die Zukunftsperspektiven von Produktivgenossenschaften in Estland, Lettland und Litauen zu untersuchen (Kramer 2005b). Leitfrage war dabei, dass derzeit in vielen europäischen Ländern Produktivgenossenschaften als Lösungsansatz für aktuelle Wirtschafts- und Sozialprobleme diskutiert werden (vgl. Münkner u. a. 2000), so nicht zuletzt auch in Deutschland. Vor diesem Hintergrund liegt es nahe, zunächst das produktivgenossenschaftliche Konzept zu skizzieren. Danach wird auf die verschiedenen Etappen der historischen Entwicklung in den drei baltischen Republiken eingegangen wird. Abschließend wird dann eine Antwort auf die Frage versucht, ob sich im Baltikum eine (Wieder-)Belebung der Produktivgenossenschaften abzeichnet.
