Mehr Mitbestimmung bei Innovationen: Betriebsräte als proaktive Akteure im Innovationsgeschehen

Abstract

- Die Ausbildung zum "Innovationspromotor" bringt einen neuen Betriebsratstypus hervor, den "aktivierten Betriebsrat". - Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass die teilnehmenden Betriebsräte der Promotorenausbildung ihre Kompetenzen auf allen Ebenen erheblich verbessern konnten. Fast alle Betriebsräte verfügen am Ende der Ausbildung über mehr Promotorenrollen als vor der Ausbildung und nutzen diese für mehr Mitbestimmung im Innovationsgeschehen. - Auch erfahrene Betriebsräte profitieren vom Ausbildungskonzept. - Der Dreiklang von modularem Seminar, Beratung und betrieblichem Innovationsprojekt sorgt für nachhaltige Kompetenzentwicklung bei den Teilnehmern. - Die Übertragung des Erlernten ins Gremium stellt sich als hohe Hürde dar - hier fehlen schlüssige Konzepte zum Transfer. - Die Ausbildung von Betriebsräten zu Innovationspromotoren ist eine wirkungsvolle Maßnahme zur Modernisierung betriebsrätlichen Handelns.
