Abstract

2018 sind die Frauen im Zentrum der Digitalisierungsdebatte angekommen: Auf dem Weltwirtschaftsforum in Davos drehte sich alles um ihre zukünftigen Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Wird die Digitalisierung die Arbeitswelt geschlechtergerechter machen - oder wird genau das Gegenteil eintreten? Das Arbeitspapier beleuchtet die Felder, auf denen sich diese Frage entscheidet. Es beschreibt die zentralen Weichenstellungen und gibt Beispiele aus der Praxis, wie Digitalisierung die Arbeitswelt für Frauen verändert.
