Abgeltungsteuer erhalten: Mehrbelastungen für Sparer vermeiden

Abstract

[Einleitung] Am 16. März 2016 senkte die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) den Leitzinssatz auf null Prozent und verschärfte damit ihre seit 2009 anhaltende Niedrigzinspolitik zum wiederholten Mal. Diese Entwicklung stellt für die Sparer eine zunehmende Belastung dar, besonders wenn sie in verzinste Kapitalanlagen investieren. So hat sich die durchschnittliche Umlaufsrendite für Anleihen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als 4 Jahren von bereits niedrigen 3 Prozent im Jahr 2009 auf aktuell minus 0,1 Prozent reduziert. Trotz niedriger Inflationsraten reicht daher häufig die Rendite nicht einmal zum Kaufkraft erhalt aus, sodass bereits "vor Steuern" ein Verzehr der Vermögenssubstanz stattfindet. [...]
