Modelle der Losgrößenplanung und eine kritische Würdigung des MRP II Konzepts

Abstract

In diesem Beitrag haben wir verschiedene Modelle der Losgrößenplanung diskutiert. Beginnend mit dem klassischen Losgrößenmodell wurde aufgezeigt, welche Probleme beim Einsatz dieser Modelle und entsprechender Verfahren in der Praxis entstehen. Es zeigte sich, daß selbst durch einstufige, dynamische, kapazitierte Ansätze noch keine befriedigenden Lösungen zu erzielen sind. Deshalb wurde für den Einsatz einer mehrstufigen, dynamischen, kapazitierten Losgrößenplanung plädiert. Am Beispiel eines nach dem Fließfertigungsprinzip organisierten Produktionssegments haben wir die Integration von mehrstufiger Losgrößen- und Ablaufplanung aufgezeigt. Des weiteren wurde das in traditionellen PPS-Systemen implementierte MRP II Konzept skizziert. Angesichts der vorhergehenden Ausführungen wurde offenbar, daß die von Praktikern beklagten Mißstände in der Produktion auf konzeptionelle Schwächen dieses Planungsschemas zurückzuführen sind.
