Deckungsbeitragsorientierte Lehrgangsplanung bei der Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH

Abstract

Im Rahmen der 1995 erfolgten Umstrukturierung der Deutschen Lufthansa AG sind aus einzelnen Unternehmensbereichen selbständige Tochterunternehmen entstanden. Hierzu gehört auch die Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH (LTT) mit Schulungseinrichtungen in Berlin, Frankfurt und Hamburg. Kunden der LTT sind die Lufthansa Technik AG und die technischen Abteilungen anderer Fluggesellschaften. Die technischen Abteilungen sind für die Kontrolle, Wartung und Überholung von Flugzeugen zuständig. Dabei zu verrichtende Tätigkeiten erfordern unterschiedliche Qualifikationen des technischen Personals. Zum technischen Personal gehören Elektroniker, Mechaniker und Techniker. Welche Aufgabe ein bestimmter Mitarbeiter an einem technischen Gerät durchführen darf, hängt entsprechend internationaler und nationaler Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Standards vom Ausbildungsstand des Mitarbeiters ab. Qualifizieren kann sich ein Mitarbeiter durch den erfolgreichen Abschluß spezieller und aufeinander aufbauender Lehrgänge der LTT. Einige Qualifikationen sind erst nach Jahren erreichbar...
