Determinantes de los salarios en las carreras de ingeniería comercial y contador auditor

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene dos grandes objetivos. Primero, determinar qué tipos de trabajo pagan mejor, cuales menos, dentro de las dos carreras de economía y negocios, es decir, ingeniería comercial y contador auditor; y segundo, cuál es la importancia relativa en los salarios de ambas carreras, de factores como experiencia, talento intelectual nato, empeño así como variables de capital social y familiar.
