Abstract

The paper presents the results of a sociological study on the effectiveness of the most massive types of state control (supervision) conducted by the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2017 among representatives of private economic entities. The results of the survey make it possible to assess the impact of control and surveillance activities on the safety and quality of products, the safety of production processes and the level of administrative costs of business associated with state control (supervision).
