New concept of basic properties of competitiveness and the regional competitiveness ranking

Abstract

The article outlines the principles of the author's concept of basic properties of competitiveness. A new tool to assess the competitiveness of the region, which is to build a regional index of competitiveness by factors and properties, is described.
