Abstract

Резюме: Научното изследване разглежда контрола, осъществяван от Изпълнителна агенция „Главна инспекция по труда“, свързан с изплащането на трудовите възнаграждения. Проблематиката е изследвана в контекста на последните законодателни решения, целящи създаването на комплексни гаранции за закрила на правото на трудово възнаграждение. В тази връзка авторите правят класифициране на субектите, ангажирани с изплащането на трудовото възнаграждение и изследват предприетите мерки, с поставен акцент на спецификата на контролната дейност, осъществявана от Изпълнителна агенция“ Главна инспекция по труда“. На база на анализа се правят изводи и предложения по приложението на нормите.
