Abstract

Резюме: В доклада е направен обзор на актуалното административно законодателство в България. Въз основа на юридическия анализ на действащата нормативна уредба в областта на административното право се извеждат някои основни тенденции в развитието на този важен правен отрасъл. Административното законодателство е нормативен регулатор не само на държавното управление, но и на стопанската дейност, затова изясняването му е във връзка с икономическите отношения.
