Резюме: Предмет на разглеждане в настоящото правно изследване е естеството на правния спор по Закона за установяване на трудов и осигурителен стаж по съдебен ред. Този конкретен вид правни спорове се отличава от другите видове спорове по Кодекса на труда и Кодекса за социално осигуряване.
