Abstract

Резюме: Правните изисквания относно предотвратяване на мускулно-скелетните смущения са част от цялостната правна уредба на здравословните и безопасни условия на труда – една класическа материя на трудовото право. Нормативната уредба на тези изисквания се съдържа в международни и вътрешни правни източници. Международните източници включват универсални международни конвенции и стандарти, както и регионални източници на правото на Европейския съюз – европейски директиви и европейски стандарти. Те са предмет на изложението в настоящата статия.
