Abstract

Teori kontingensi merupakan teori dimana perusahaan dapat mencapai kinerja terbaik ketika strukturnya relavan untuk menangani kontigensi yang di berlakukan berdasarkan ukuran, lingkungan, dan teknologi.Teori kontingensi juga bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana perusahaan menyesuaikan harapan kinerja dengan lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal.teori ini juga melihat bahwa lingkungan eksternal merupakan determinan kinerja perusahaan.Turbulensi menghadirkan kinerja ketika perusahaan dapat menggabungkan dengan benar dengan faktor organisasi lain, termasuk SO. Teknologi sering diartikan sebagai variabel moderasi yang membentuk FP melalui faktor organisasi tersebut, yaitu dipahami sebagai pelengkap sumber daya.
