Luci ed ombre: concorrenza e regolazione nel settore elettrico. Gli orientamenti europei e nazionali

Abstract

In questo lavoro vengono analizzate, in un primo momento, le caratteristiche dei settori elettrici dei diversi stati europei, prima dell’approvazione della Direttiva elettrica europea. L’analisi degli aspetti più rilevanti della Direttiva consente poi di discutere i risultati finora raggiunti e di considerare le diverse tappe del percorso istituzionale che hanno portato all’approvazione di una seconda Direttiva elettrica. Successivamente, viene analizzato il processo di liberalizzazione del settore elettrico italiano, evidenziandone le caratteristiche e i risultati conseguiti, per arrivare ad una valutazione delle criticità, delle prospettive e dei problemi che devono essere ancora affrontati.
